DEPLOY

2-week sprints

Deployment is done in short, visible sprints. At the end of each sprint, you have access to a functional staging environment.

  • Sprint 1: base structure, users, master data
  • Sprint 2: CRM and sales pipeline
  • Sprint 3: billing and approval workflows
  • Sprint 4: projects, timesheets, reporting
  • Final sprint: complete UAT, go-live training, production switchover

SUCCEED

D+30, D+60, D+90

Go-live is the beginning, not the end. Kairo stays alongside your teams during the first 90 operational days.

  • D+30: adoption review - who uses what, blockers, adjustments
  • D+60: performance review - are the KPIs defined in Clarity being met?
  • D+90: official project closure - success report + recommendations

If at D+90 the KPIs aren't met, we don't send an additional invoice. We continue until objectives are achieved. That's our results guarantee.
